Add each team with its invite code. The captain confirms in the app — nobody gets added without saying yes.

Club questions
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes. Starting a club is free, with no card — up to 2 teams, the club dashboard, and the club's fixtures and results in the app for every player. Upgrade only when you want more teams or the admin tools.
What does it cost?+
£15/month or £150/year for the whole club — not per team, not per player. Unlimited teams and admins. Players never pay anything. The first 10 clubs get 2 months free with code EARLYCLUB, and keep £15 for as long as they stay subscribed.
How do I pay?+
By card on the web, through Stripe's secure checkout — open your club at squadlock.app/club and choose monthly or yearly. Only the club owner can start or change the plan, and you can change or cancel it any time from Manage billing.
What happens if I cancel?+
The plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that your club, teams and history stay put, the club goes back to the free tier, and the web admin tools pause until you resubscribe. Nothing changes for players.
What counts as a club?+
Two or more amateur teams under a shared name — a Sunday League club, a pub with three sides, a university's intramural teams, a company league, a charity squad. We don't gatekeep on size or league affiliation.
Do players need their own accounts?+
Yes — every player uses the standard SquadLock app (iOS and Android, free). The club adds tools for its admins on the web without changing how players use the app.
Can I get my club's data out?+
Yes. The club roster exports to CSV on the Club plan, and you can ask us for a full copy of your data any time. We don't lock you in.
