Club questions
What counts as a club?+
If you run two or more amateur teams under a shared name — Sunday League, social pub team, university intramurals, corporate league, charity squad — that's a club. We don't gatekeep on size or league affiliation.
When does this go live?+
We're working with our first 10 clubs to shape the product before public launch. Join the waitlist to be considered for the early-access cohort. Most features above are scoped against the existing SquadLock app, which is already running in production.
How is £29/month justified?+
It's roughly the price of one missed pitch booking. Early-access clubs lock in this rate; pricing for new clubs may rise as features land. The aim is fair, predictable pricing — not enterprise-tier markup.
Do players need their own accounts?+
Yes — every player uses the standard SquadLock mobile app (iOS / Android, free). Club mode adds capabilities for the club admin without changing how individual players use the app.
Can I export my club's data?+
Yes. Roster, fixtures, payments, and ringer history are all exportable. We don't lock you in.
